PRIVACY POLICY OF SNAPFINGER CATERING

At Snapfinger Catering, protecting the privacy of customers and Providers is of great importance. This Privacy Policy explains the type of personal information Snapfinger Catering collects, how Snapfinger Catering uses and discloses that information, and how Snapfinger Catering protects that personal information.

• Customers and Providers- Snapfinger Catering collects certain personal information about Providers and customers.
  “Providers” are businesses and business owners that engage Snapfinger Catering to provide web-based remote ordering services.
  “Customers” are individuals that place orders from Snapfinger Catering Providers through the Snapfinger Catering system.
  “Personal information” is any information that identifies or may identify a user as a specific individual, including name, address, zip code, phone number and email address, as well as order history.


• Use and Disclosure of Personal Information - Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. Snapfinger Catering will not disclose any personal information about any Customer or Provider to any person or entity except (i) Snapfinger Catering will share personal information about a Customer with the Provider from whom the customer places an order, (ii) Snapfinger Catering may provide personal information to its vendors and suppliers when necessary, (iii) Snapfinger Catering may share certain personal information with its affiliates in order to complete transactions, and (iv) Snapfinger Catering may release personal information to comply with law, enforce or apply the terms of any of user agreement, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Snapfinger Catering, customers and Providers, or others.


• Safeguards - The security of personal information is very important to Snapfinger Catering. Snapfinger Catering combines industry-standard technical safeguards with a code of conduct and training to help ensure the integrity and privacy of personal information. Only authorized Snapfinger Catering owners, employees, agents or independent contractors are permitted to access personal information, and all must agree to abide by the Privacy Policy.


• Customer Service - Snapfinger Catering representatives may occasionally contact Customers by phone or email to gather information about their experiences with Snapfinger Catering’s service. These surveys are intended to help Snapfinger Catering give its Customers the best possible customer service and are only conducted on an ongoing basis at the permission of the Customer.


• Privacy Choices - Customers will be given the option to opt-out of receiving recurring informational and promotional e-mails from Snapfinger Catering. Customers will also be given the option to opt-out of receiving emails from Snapfinger Catering representatives for the purpose of conducting surveys about Customers’ experiences with Snapfinger Catering.


• Deleting or Updating Personal Information - Customers and Providers may always contact Snapfinger Catering to (i) delete their personal information from Snapfinger Catering’s systems; (ii) update their personal information; or (iii) change their preferences with respect to marketing contacts, by emailing Snapfinger Catering at info@snapfingercatering.com.
